Postage Costs?
Our basic postage is subsidised by us and only costs you £1.49 per order within UK and £5.90 outside UK.

How long does an order take to arrive?
If we have the products in stock, which we almost always do, and you are within the United Kingdom, it usually takes around 2 - 3 working days after your order is received. This does depend on the postal service in your area. Unfortunately we have no control over them. Other companies may promise faster times, but they are governed by the same postal system and times as we are. Orders are dispatched by recorded delivery. This offers speed of delivery, security for you and for us, and keeps the postage costs down. (postage is subsidised by us to keep the cost to you down to an absolute minimum).

Will anyone know what is in the package?
Absolutely Not. Our experienced staff package everything very discreetly (Plain white packaging). Each package is in plain white packaging, with nothing more than a shipping label on it. The return address for our company states "Options". 
 

Do you provide tracking numbers or shipping confirmations?
If you provide a valid email address you will receive a shipping confirmation as soon as the order is confirmed as valid.  (We do get some dishonest card users, but we have many systems in place to weed them out) 

Do you ship world-wide?
Yes. International orders are shipped by Airmail. A shipping charge of £5.90 per order applies. Normal delivery time is around 1 week. All prices are quoted in £British Pounds. 
 

How do I contact you regarding a pending order?
Please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service Department Click Here giving as much information about your order as you have to hand, Order Confirmation Code, Name, Delivery Address and E-mail used when placing the order, at very least. Please do not phone about pending orders. the customer services dept is for product information etc only, and are in a different building. Please remember that we service thousands of clients, so don't just send an e-mail from "mike" asking where your order may be. The more information about the order you send, the quicker we can give you the information you require.
